How to login into these services

There are 2 ways for Library members to login from home:

• You can login to our Catalogue & Online services portal by typing 20112 followed by your library card number (with no spaces) in User ID and your PIN (obtainable from your local library).
• Or you can login to all services, except Safari e-book, from links on the e-information services page using just your library card number.

Find out how you can join Hillingdon libraries and get your PIN . If you are a member but do not have a PIN, please contact your local library to have this set up. You will need to produce your library card. Visitors to Hillingdon Libraries can use the services free of charge on our free access public Internet PCs within our libraries.
